Cancellation Policy

In case of adverse weather conditions or force majeure (e.g. extraordinary maintenance)
we will do our best to postpone the excursion in the following days according to the needs of the
customer and the availability of the boat or even providing a similar boat or if necessary more
large. If it is not possible to postpone, we will refund any advance.
Cancellation is free up to 7 days from the date of the excursion.
In case of cancellation after 7 days from the party, 50% of the agreed price will be charged.
In case of cancellation within 48 hours before departure, 100% of the agreed price will be charged.
Cancellation must be communicated in writing
